Jody completed her first real estate investment deal in 2004, during her early twenties, with the purchase of a duplex during law school. Since that first investment, she has learned a lot!

Before forming Knapdale Storage LLC, Jody worked as an Air Force JAG military officer, a federal prosecutor, and a financial crimes legal counsel for the largest U.S. bank. 

She now combines her real estate experiences, legal acumen, leadership experience, and strategic insight to lead our high-impact storage and warehouse facilities investment group.

She is privileged to oversee our investment strategies and facility acquisitions.

Jody was a Division I NCAA basketball scholarship student-athlete throughout all four years of college.

Jody is a first-generation immigrant, born in Kingston, Jamaica.

In her free time, Jody enjoys spending time with family, dinners with friends, traveling, and learning new skills. She is currently learning Spanish.
